Ingredients

  • Pine nuts

    2 ст. л.

  • Raisins

    2 ст. л.

  • Orange juice

    4 ст. л.

  • Zucchini

    2 шт

  • Onion

    2 шт

  • Curry

    1 ч. л.

  • Vinegar

    2 ст. л.

Cooking

Raisins pour orange juice and allow to stand.

Zucchini cut into slices. Chop onions.

In skillet, heat vegetable oil, put the onion and zucchini and lightly saute. Add curry, salt and pepper. Simmer until tender.

Raisins with orange juice to add to the zucchini. Pour in the balsamic vinegar. Mix well.

Serve warm or cold. Sprinkle with pine nuts.
