Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    500 г

  • Butter

    3 ст. л.

  • Cream

    200 мл

  • A bouillon cube

    1 шт

  • Onion

  • Flour

    2 ст. л.

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cut the liver into strips.

Fry in 1 tablespoon butter until light brown, salt and pepper, put in a saucepan.

Melt 2 tbsp of butter, fry flour, onion until brown, add the cream, 1 Cup of water, a cube. Bring to a boil.

Pour everything in the pan with the liver, boil 5 minutes.
