  • Vegetable oil

In the pressure cooker fry in vegetable oil for 5 minutes, diced onion, peeled and core, cut into cubes apples, mushrooms and tomatoes.

Add to vegetables, salt, curry and pour over the chicken broth (wine), reduce the flame at simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Chicken cut into pieces and fry in a pan in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Put the pieces of chicken in the pan to the sauce; cover and simmer 30-40 min.
