Sunday. Daughter - in the camp, the husband's out fishing, you can finally treat yourself to a Breakfast with his beloved broccoli. The omelette is cooked simple, but engaging Breakfast - guaranteed.

Cooking
Whisk eggs with milk, flour and a pinch of salt. Not overly zealous.
Broccoli florets, if frozen as mine, then defrost (I did in microwave). If the cabbage is fresh, the buds should be put into boiling water and hold there for literally 3 minutes.
Cut florets in half, fry in vegetable oil with sesame seeds, long, minutes 5.
Spread sauteed with sesame seeds pieces of broccoli in a La carte dishes.
Pour the egg-milk-flour mixture. Pepper.
Sprinkle with green onions.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. If the form is low, it lacks 10 minutes. Bon appetit!
