Chicken in wine sauce
Tasty and tender chicken in a creamy sauce with mushrooms. If you exclude the wine from the cooking process, the dish can be served to baby.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

  • Butter

    2 ст. л.

  • Dry white wine

    250 мл

  • Onion

    1 шт

  • Garlic

    1 зуб.

  • Broth

    250 мл

  • Mushrooms

    200 г

  • Cream

    125 мл

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Here were my chicken, or rather chickens. Each carcass should be washed, dried, cut into quarters. Season with salt and pepper.

Chunks of chicken fried in butter until Golden brown, set aside in a separate bowl.

Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in the same pan, where roasted chicken. Add the broth and wine, bring to the boil, return the chicken to the pan to the wine sauce and simmer over low heat, covered for another 20 minutes.

Mushrooms cut into slices, add to the chicken, pour the cream and keep on heat for another 10 minutes.

The chicken to sauce and serve with spaghetti...
