Cooking
Clean vegetables. 1. Chicken and coarsely chopped potatoes to scroll in a meat grinder.
2. In chicken forcemeat add the egg, seasoning to chicken and mix well.
3. Cook grits according to instructions.
4. Onions chop and fry in vegetable oil until transparent. Add grated carrot, saute 2-3 minutes.
5. Then put the vegetables into the pot with the buckwheat, season with salt and pepper and stir. Vegetable filling is ready! A few spoonfuls of buckwheat (to taste) with the vegetables, put in minced chicken and stir.
6. From cabbage to cut the stalks. The cabbage in boiling water to a boil. To separate cabbage leaves from the cabbage and divide into two parts for fast and napotnik cabbage.
