Ingredients:
Vegetables and eggs are thoroughly washed. Beets remove skin and grate. From carrots to cut the "tail" and also to grate.
Eggs to drive into cheese. Crush with a fork until smooth.
Adding parts grated vegetables, knead the cheese mass. Add the bran and mix well.
In a shallow form (my 21x21x4)...
... to lay out the ground, leveled.
Put the form in a preheated 180 degree oven on an average level for 50 minutes.
Let cool slightly in shape, then cut into equal parts.
