Chicken drumsticks and wings to wash.

Tempura flour+water+to prisolit+ pepper = mix well until lumps disappear. Each Tulip and'panchik dry temburni in the flour, lightly shake. Dip in batter.
Well fry in hot oil until crisp. If a small tyulpanyi thus was finally ready, large tulips will need about 20 minutes to stew in a deep frying pan, adding a small amount of water.
