Buckwheat with the liver in a pot
Pot even the simplest dish seem tastier. The ancient Romans used a special clay pot for roasting meat and loaves of bread with a crispy crust. Pots save you time while allowing you to get a result fragrant and juicy dish.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    400 г

  • Onion

  • Buckwheat

  • Broth

  • Sour cream

    100 мл

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bay leaf

  • Vegetable oil

Buckwheat sort and rinse, cover with water and put on fire. Salt.

Boil buckwheat until soft.

Liver wash. To clear from films to cut out all the bile ducts, wash. Dry cloth and lightly beat off. Be cut into small pieces, season with salt and pepper. Fry in hot oil on both sides (2-3 minutes).

Onions to clear, cut half rings and fry. Add in the fried liver.

To liver and onions to add 1-2 tbsp of sour cream, mix well.

Buckwheat to sort out 3 pots equally.

The next layer put the liver and onions.

Into each pot add 1 tbsp sour cream, Bay leaf and pour the broth.

Ship the pots for 20 to 30 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.
