Beans Turkey pot
I offer you a simple, flavorful and hearty dish, with a very simple set of products. Easy, fast and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    150 г

  • Turkey

    400 г

  • Red onion

  • Carrots

  • Sour cream

    4 ст. л.

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    6 ст. л.

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Bay leaf

    1 шт

  • Garlic

  • Water

    200 мл

  • Vegetable oil

    5 ст. л.

Cooking

Soak the beans overnight. In the morning drain and rinse. Chop the onions and grate the carrots.

Fry 2-3 minutes in a pan in 3 tbsp oil. Add salt, pepper and Bay leaf.

Turkey meat and finely chop.

Heat in a pan 2 tbsp oil and fry 1 minute, cut in half garlic. Garlic remove.

In this oil, over high heat, sauté for 5 minutes Turkey meat.

I have 2 big pot for 750 ml, so divide everything in half. If you have pots of small volume, collecting just four pot. In a pot put the beans, to prisolit.

Add the pureed tomatoes.

The next layer is the roasted carrots with onions. The vegetables should be divided so that each pot had 2 such layers.

Now add the Turkey and prisolit, add spices to taste.

On top of the sour cream.

And again, carrots and onions. Add in pots of 60 ml. of boiled water or broth (if 4 pot then 30 ml.) bake it in the oven at 170 gr. for 40-45 minutes.
