Frittata with broccoli and leeks
Today I decided to cook a Frittata for lunch, in an old magazine got the recipe, and the products described therein, were in existence)). Frittata is an Italian dish, is a cross between an omelet and a casserole with cheese, vegetables or any products that are currently in the fridge. The recipe is very simple, requires little time to prepare, who the hell didn't cook - give it a try.

Garlic finely chop. It is written in the recipe. For my taste, garlic is better not to add. But, someone like that.

Whisk the eggs, flour, milk. Cheese added to the mixture after whisking.
