Cooking
So, collect the products.
Leeks cut and simmer in butter for 5 minutes.
Broccoli boil in salted water for 5 minutes.
RUB cheese on a coarse grater.
Garlic finely chop. It is written in the recipe. For my taste, garlic is better not to add. But, someone like that.
Whisk the eggs, flour, milk. Cheese added to the mixture after whisking.
The bottom of the pan slightly grease with oil. Spread leeks, broccoli, add the Basil. Pour all beaten egg mixture. Put in hot oven for 15 minutes.
