Cooking
Now is the season for chanterelles. I decided to cook one dish. Chicken with chanterelles is very well suited to each other.
Marinade for chicken thighs in the marinade (100g sour cream+garlic+salt+red pepper + black pepper) for 2-3 hours. Ideally set overnight in the fridge.
Mushrooms wash, dry and cut.
Fry the onion. Then add the chanterelles. Sauté until the chanterelles are tender and slightly evaporated liquid. Sprinkle with salt lightly.
In ovenproof form (I used ceramic) place the chicken. On top of fried onions and mushrooms. Grease 100 gr sour cream (you can substitute yogurt). Close the form foil. Bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 60 minutes.
Get the form, sprinkle with cheese and back in the oven. Raise the temperature to 220-250 grams and fry until pajaritos. 10-15 minutes. Then sprinkle with greens
