Cooking
The meat is cut into long wedges. In a bowl mix soy sauce, olive oil and ginger, put in meat mix and leave to marinate for 30 min.

And immediately serve it up for all omelet:beat eggs in a bowl, add salt, pepper and flour stir until smooth.
Our meat is marinated-go fry. The pan pour vegetable oil, heat it well and put the meat. Fry it over high heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Form grease with vegetable oil, spread the meat.
Then tomatoes, peppers and olives and green onions.
