Prepare everything you need.
Chicken fillet cut into strips.
From carrot with a vegetable peeler make long noodles. It is better to use carrots to be longer.
With the zucchini do well.
With orange remove the peel.
Squeeze the juice from the orange.
Fry the meat until Golden brown on a pan with adding oil.
The meat is ready to shift into another bowl.
In a pan, where she prepared fillet, sauté carrots and zucchini in the remaining oil.
Sprinkle the vegetables with the orange juice, add a bit of zest (0,5 tsp). Pour the cream, and stirring all boil down. Then to the cooked vegetables add the fried meat and simmer for 5 minutes.
The dish is ready! Garnish with greens and serve.
