Cooking
In bowl, lightly beat eggs, grated cheese, milk, a pinch of salt. Add the flour and continue to beat breaking up clumps of flour. Ready weight pour into a small pan heated with vegetable oil. Cover and fry on slow fire to readiness.
In a small frying pan to heat the butter and fry in it the mushrooms and onions for 5 minutes, Then add salt, black pepper to taste and continue to cook under a lid. Towards the end of cooking, add the cheese, chopped parsley. If the cheese is too viscous, you can add 2 tbsp milk.
