Sweet pilaf - taste of childhood! Quick to prepare, flavorful. Especially good for children.

Ingredients

  • Dried apricots

  • Raisins

    200 г

  • Butter

    20 г

  • Carnation

  • Water

    4 стак.

  • Sugar

    1 ст. л.

  • Salt

Cooking

Dried fruit (prunes, apricots and raisins) soaked in hot water.

The rice, pour water, add salt and cook until soft.

The butter melts in the pan.

Drain the water from the dried fruit and pour into the pan. On low heat keep 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

When the rice is half done, pour into it the dried fruits, add cloves, 1 tablespoon of sugar (if necessary - a little water) and stir.

Cook on low heat with the lid closed for 20-30 minutes. Bon appetit!
