Sabji - a traditional dish of India from a mixture of vegetables. The simplest steamed vegetables, arranged in layers in the pan and flavored with spices.

Coarsely chopped vegetables are put in layers, sprinkling spices, salt. Imagination has no limits, you can put any vegetables!

Instead of tomatoes I added tomato paste, also delicious! Pour hot boiled water, cover with a lid and put on high heat; when the water is boiling, diminish the fire to medium and simmer under a lid until tender (30-40 minutes).
