Description
The story of hobbits – small, but brave and resourceful creatures – everyone knows who is familiar with the works of J. R. R. Tolkien (or at least directed by Peter Jnckson, managed to film the Saga "the Lord of the rings"). Hobbits in the trilogy about the Dark Lord and the one Ring making a variety of incredible feats, is actually folk very peaceful home and, most of all, they appreciate comfort and rest as well, as you know, are very fond of tasty and good to eat. That and the hobbit Sam Gamgee, one of the main characters of Lord of the Rings, returning from a long journey, which helped the master and friend Frodo Baggins to destroy the one Ring the Enemy do what he likes – has become gardening but the house equip. Forgot Sam and his culinary talent and their favorite pots even at the foot of Orodruin, "Fire mountain", refused to leave. After their adventure, Sam came up with some new dishes prepared on special occasions, for treats. For example, cottage cheese casserole "the one Ring" very much like all hobbits young and old – they destroy it so quickly that Sam to blink no time, though, take, re-cook! We suggest to try all the rest!

Cooking
Eggs beat well with a fork, adding salt. Pour the sour cream, again mix well. The resulting mass is divided into two parts.
One part of the resulting mass mix with cottage cheese, sugar, butter, add soda, slaked vinegar or lemon juice, add the flour and knead the dough well.
In the dough add the candied fruit, mix well again
In prepared form, on a greased baking sheet, put the dough giving it the shape of a ring. The ring decorate with cut orange slices, brush with the remaining egg mixture and sour cream.
Bake in the oven in "convection" at a temperature of 250 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
The finished casserole to cool, transfer to a dish, serve. Bon appetit!
