Casserole
It's time for the harvest of vegetables and fruits, a whole lot in the fridge does not fit. So I decided to cook improvised. It was very tasty.

Ingredients

1. Vegetables to clean and wash. 1.2. Simmer the chicken breast with onion and cream (fry the onions until Golden brown and add the chopped chicken, fry for 7-10 minutes, stirring once all browned, pour cream, add salt-pepper and leave to walk for 5 minutes after boiling the entire mass). 1.3. Sheet greased with oil. 1.4. Cut the potatoes in circles and spread on the bottom of the form.

2. Chop the carrot, pepper and eggplant circles. 2.1. Share layers (carrots, peppers, eggplant). To fill all spices (if desired, you can add greens), but I add in the end on a hot meal, so more fragrant obtained.

3. Put the chicken fillets braised with cream.

4. Cheese to grate on a coarse grater and fill a casserole. 4.1. Garlic cloves to spread on top of cheese (if desired, you can add more cream and salt), but it is not required.
