.. something I'm quite fond of the cub and did not notice how the fridge ended up meat, fish, chicken and other such products.. except SAUSAGES, which have long been lying in the freezer no matter.. that was such zapekanka: potatoes, sausages, zucchini, cheese and a little more every..

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    750 г

  • Potatoes

    500 г

  • Sausage

    8 г

  • Chicken egg

  • Cheese

    150 г

  • Vegetable oil

  • Marjoram

  • Thyme

  • Basil

    0.5 шт

  • Dill

    1/2 шт

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Wash, peel and very coarsely chop the potatoes. Fry until cooked, salted.

Sausages cut in half and fry until Golden brown.

Zucchini clean from the skin, cut into large pieces and boil in salted water for about 7 minutes, until soft.

Mix in a blender or a food processor chopped dill, eggs, zucchini and grated cheese, until smooth. Season with pepper, salt (to Your taste, I'm not salted, since the sausage and cheese add extra saltiness and it is possible to overdo), add spices.

Sausage mix with the potatoes (carefully, so the potatoes remain pieces).

Put potatoes and sausage in a baking dish and pour the liquid mixture from the zucchini and all the rest.

Bake in a preheated 200°C oven for 20 minutes. Priatnogo appetite!!
