Sliced fillet, zucchini and shredded in the shredder. Buckwheat pre-soaked in cold water for an hour. Then she washed and poured into a bowl.

In a bowl with minced chicken put the vegetables and chopped parsley. The stuffing added oil, and it is well mixed. For breading cutlets shredded cereal and poured a bowl. A spoonful of the stuffing with the top put in the breadcrumbs and sformula burgers.
Chops on both sides fry in a pan with oil. The cutlets put into the pan. Prepared sauce. In cream added starch, grated carrot, salt and stir well.
The mixture was poured into patties and was tormented for their 15 minutes in the pan on a slow fire under the lid.
For these cutlets garnish is not needed. Greens and fresh vegetables are the best garnish.
The meatballs are very tender, soft and juicy. Sweet chili sauce is a very good additive to burgers.
