Cutlets with buckwheat in oat breadcrumbs
My boys love homemade burgers. Trying not to repeat ourselves and do the same. Each time wondering what I did. Delicious burgers and their appearance is very seductive! Chops not only on weekdays, will fill You up, but in the holidays to decorate the table and surprise guests.

Sliced fillet, zucchini and shredded in the shredder. Buckwheat pre-soaked in cold water for an hour. Then she washed and poured into a bowl.
