Cooking
1. Whisk with a fork egg. Put in a bowl: grated cheese, finely chopped parsley, softened butter and 1 tablespoon of egg mixture. Hands crumble the feta...
2... and add the seasoning, pepper (sweet and black) and salt. Spread the weight of a tablespoon. The mixture should be thick.
3. Rinse chicken Breasts and dry with paper towel. Sprinkle with seasoning for chicken and salt.
4. Cut (horizontally) until the end of the chicken breast in the middle.
5. Put on each piece of chicken, 1/2 of the filling.
6. Close the stuffing and secure with wooden toothpicks.
7. Dip the chicken in beaten egg. Then roll in the cereal.
8. Fry the chicken on a well-heated vegetable oil on medium heat under the lid on both sides until tender (about 6 to 7 minutes). Then take a paper towel (on the edge) the excess oil. Remove the toothpicks!
9. To make the sauce. In hot milk will melt the butter. Add crumbled feta cheese, egg, Basil and stir.
10. Pour the milk mixture into the pan. Give a little to thicken, sprinkle with Basil leaves and remove from heat.
11. Put chicken with cream sauce in a serving dish and serve. To this dish you can serve ketchup. Bon appetit!
