Why we don't cook fish on the barbecue?! Think long and troublesome, but no - it's fast, original and certainly delicious.

Cooking
The fish is cleaned, wash. Not fully defrosted.
Cut the fish into steaks. Trimming from head and tail removed for another dish, we need a more equal steaks.
Again wash the fish, trim the fins, remove the innards and black film, dry paper towel. Put the fish in a bowl.
Pound dried Basil and coriander + ginger, mix well. Season the fish with this mixture.
Pour soy sauce and lemon juice. Mix gently. Leave for 20 - 40 minutes until the coals ignite.
Then place them on a foil greased with vegetable oil for 3 to 4 steaks
and package in 2 - 3 layers.
Bake on gray coals for 20 minutes - 25.
I always open to verify readiness.
