Cod fillet with vegetables
Dear cooks, I propose a delicious recipe of cod with vegetables. The fish I saw in one supermarket and it looked very appetizing. I took a picture of the ingredients and replicated the recipe at home. Home was very pleased. I have a couple of interesting recipes with fish, but my husband now insists that the fish was cooked just so! I really hope that you will like it.

Ingredients

  • Cod

  • Onion

  • Chicken egg

  • Bread crumbs

    7 ст. л.

  • Seasoning

  • Lemon

    1/2 шт

  • Olives

    1/4 бан.

  • Tomato

  • Mayonnaise

    2 ст. л.

  • Sour cream

    2 ст. л.

  • Cheese

    100 г

  • Salt

  • Sunflower oil

    2 ст. л.

Cooking

Cut onions, carrots three on a coarse grater and fry in sunflower oil

The egg split in a bowl, add salt, spices and squeezed lemon juice 2 tbsp. stir until smooth.

Take a fillet of cod dipped in egg.

Cod spread on the contrary. I used a silicone Mat, so the form does not lubricated. If without a Mat, must be lubricated.

Cut the lemon into thin slices and spread on cod.

Tomatoes cut into slices and stacked on cod next layer.

Olives cut into halves and put on tomatoes.

Sour cream mix with mayonnaise and coat the fish.

Cheese to RUB on a large grater and sprinkle the fish. Remove the baking tray in a pre heated oven at 200 degrees for 30 min.
