Cooking
Carrots and beets cut into strips.
Mushrooms cut into thin slices. You can use fresh or, as I canned.
In skillet, heat oil, fry chopped garlic. Add the carrots and beets in 5 minutes - the mushrooms. Saute 3 minutes, add coriander seeds and 1 tbsp soy sauce (I use natural sauce TM Kikkoman).
The sheets of rice paper to soften in hot water. Vegetables in small portions to put on the paper, wrap the envelope.
To make the sauce: 3 tbsp soy sauce mix with lemon juice, sugar, finely chopped cilantro. If desired, the sauce you can add hot pepper.
