Cooking
Chicken fillet wash, dry, cut into cubes, put them into a container and pour soy sauce. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Onions and garlic peel. Onion cut into small cubes, crush the garlic.
In a saucepan heat the oil, put the fillets and fry until it changes colour. Add the onions and garlic. Cook until transparent onion and garlic.
With orange to remove the zest. With Mandarin, orange and lemon and squeeze the juice.
Chicken sprinkle with curry powder and stir. Add the zest and pour in the juice. Mix well. Reduce the heat and close the lid. Cook for 10 minutes.
