Lenten vegetable burgers
Cutlets from potato and cauliflower.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

In a food processor rubbed carrots, boiled and fresh potatoes. Changed the nozzle, put the cauliflower, sliced onion and shredded everything.

Transferred the vegetable mixture to the bowl. Put spices, seasonings, herbs, semolina and poured 3 tablespoons of oil. Mixed and left for 20 minutes.

While standing mixture, semolina swollen. In a bowl put the breadcrumbs. The mixture was well stirred. A little more tablespoon of the vegetable mixture roll in breadcrumbs and formed into a Patty. The cutlets turned out 24 pieces. Fried them in a pan in sunflower oil. ( The mixture need to add raw potatoes instead of eggs to the consistence and the meatballs don't break apart. Semolina, to burgers were more voluminous, soft and well-formed patties.)
