Description
Spicy and hearty vegetable curry nourish the body and warm the soul. Very flavorful and delicious. To better serve the curry warm with tortillas, chapati in India use them as Cutlery, scooping them juicy curry. The recipe for the scones will follow.

Cooking
Wash the vegetables and clean.
Slice the mushrooms and coarsely, carrots, peppers and onions to chop straws. Cauliflower disassemble into small florets. Garlic cut into slices.

Pour in vegetables, mix well and simmer until thick.
Serve the curry with the warm tortillas, sprinkled with green onions and fresh cilantro.
