Veggie Burger
As you know, one of the most famous and the most standard dishes in the American cuisine is a variety of burgers (hamburgers, cheeseburgers etc.). I suggest you try the veggie Burger with a Patty made of lentils and cauliflower. Amazing taste, unique aroma and, most importantly, very useful Burger has become one of my favorite American dishes. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    1/2 стак.

  • Cinnamon

    1/8 ч. л.

  • Cardamom

    1/8 ч. л.

  • Allspice

    1/8 ч. л.

  • Cauliflower

    1,1/2 стак.

  • Powder onion

    1 ст. л.

  • Cumin

    1/2 ч. л.

  • Pepper Cayenne

    1/2 ч. л.

  • Garlic

    1/2 ч. л.

  • Salt

    1/2 ч. л.

  • Olive oil

    1 ст. л.

  • Beans

    3 ст. л.

  • Bakery products

    5 шт

  • Lettuce

  • Avocado

    1 шт

  • Tomato

    1 шт

  • Parsley

    5 веточ.

  • Mayonnaise

Cooking

Soak the lentils in water for about 1 hour. I used lentils from TM "Mistral". Then wash.

Put in a pot, do make salt, spices (garlic, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg, coriander and pepper) and water. Set on fire and on medium heat until tender.

When the lentils are ready, drain off excess water.

While preparing the lentils, prepare the cauliflower. Divide the cabbage into small florets and shred using the food processor.

Spread the chopped cauliflower to the trays with pergamentnoy paper and put in a preheated up to 220S (400F) oven for 12-15 minutes.

White beans TM "Mistral" grind into flour using a coffee grinder.

Mix the cooked lentils, cauliflower, spices (onion, garlic, cumin, Cayenne, salt), olive oil, and bean flour.

Shape the cutlets.

Put on protiviti with pergamentnoy paper and put in a preheated up to 220S (400F) oven for 20 minutes. The cutlets can be cooked in advance and kept in the fridge.

Now assemble the Burger. The bread is slightly dried in the pan

Put on top of lettuce

Then sliced avocado

Then a Patty of lentils

On top of the chicken put a ring of tomato
