Cooking
Prepare the products.
Buckwheat wash. Cut meat, onions and prunes.
In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry the meat and onion for 5-7 minutes.
Start filling the pot: on the bottom put 1 tbsp of buckwheat, then some meat with onions, followed by prunes, and top with buckwheat. So fill the pot 2/3. We proceed similarly with the second pot.
Next, sprinkle with salt, put 1 Bay leaf and add boiling water to pot hangers. Cover with a lid. Put in preheated oven. Bake 40-45 minutes at 140-150 degrees.
Serve sprinkled with chopped dill.
