Lentils "Pardina motley from "Mistral" is incredibly delicious, it has a very delicate, nutty flavor. Soak the lentils in water for 30 minutes.

Zucchini cut into small cubes and fry. Young zucchini I don't clean, you're on your own. Fry it in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
