Ingredients

  • Chicken's leg

  • Coconut shavings

    4 ст. л.

  • Chicken egg

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Soy sauce

    3 ст. л.

  • Mandarin

    4 шт

  • Ginger

    1/2 ч. л.

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 щепот.

  • Black pepper

    1 щепот.

Cooking

Prepare the marinade. From tangerines and squeeze the juice, add spices and soy sauce. I used a natural soy sauce TM Kikkoman.

I cooked half specified in the recipe serving size. Shin wash, dry, pour the marinade. Close the container and leave for 4-6 hours (after a couple of hours to turn the other side for even marinating).

For the breading prepare three suitable plates/cups: flour, slightly beaten egg and coconut. Into flour per taste and add salt. Shin roll first in flour, then in egg, then in coconut flakes.

Fry in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.

To shift the shank in a suitable form, which is slightly greased with vegetable oil and put in a preheated 200 deg oven for 30-35 minutes.
