Hearts Turkey fat. The fat cut with scissors. Each heart cut in the middle. Washed well under running water. Offal I always soaked in milk to remove the odor. Hearts left in the fridge overnight. For breading poured into a bowl the flour. To the flour put a spoonful of the stuffing and sformula cutlet. Fried them in a pan with oil. All burgers put in a pan and leave on low heat under cover for 10 minutes.
Chops browned, juicy and soft.
Served them with cherry tomatoes, herbs and sweet chili sauce.
