Tender, soft and juicy meatballs. Juicy makes them potatoes.

Hearts Turkey fat. The fat cut with scissors. Each heart cut in the middle. Washed well under running water. Offal I always soaked in milk to remove the odor. Hearts left in the fridge overnight. In the morning they washed well in water and twice brought to a boil. Potatoes cleaned, cut and shredded in a shredder.
