Aromatic pickled cabbage with dressing
Cabbage braised with bacon and sausage is a tasty and hearty dish for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

  • Onion

  • Dressing

    0,5 пакет.

  • Broth

    100 мл

  • Ketchup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Bay leaf

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

1. Bacon cut into strips and fry in vegetable oil. Add finely chopped onion and fry until transparent.

2. Then put shredded carrot, saute for 1-2 minutes.

3. Add the shredded bell pepper. With tomatoes remove the skin, shred with a fork and add to the roast.

6... cut slices of the sausage, ketchup, allspice, Bay leaf, salt and pepper. Stir and cook under the lid for another 5 minutes.

7. The finished dish spread in pots or in a baking dish. Lightly cover the pots with lids or with foil and send in a well-heated to 180 C the oven, stew for 20 minutes.

8. The dish is served in portion pots - they seem to taste better. Into each pot add chopped fresh herbs. Bon appetit!
