This dish goes back from Switzerland, but it is still quite new - began to cook around since the 50s of the last century. Traditionally it was prepared with beef but now it can be cook with chicken, and pork with cream sauce, curry and the addition of tropical fruits. I made my version of this dish, and it's very, very not bad! A huge plus that this "Casimir" cooked very quickly and packaged rice from the Mistral, it's quite simple!
