Pork with vegetables
Pre-marinated in sauce-marinated pork, quickly fried in a pan. The meat is very flavorful and juicy, and the side dish of spicy vegetables.

1. Meat cut into pieces a La carte.

3... wine vinegar and a pinch of salt. Marinate the meat in the marinade for 30 minutes.

4. Prepare the vegetables. Wash, peel.

5. Zucchini and garlic cut into cubes, sweet pepper and carrot sticks, onion half-rings.

6. In a well-heated vegetable oil fry the garlic and chili pepper, then remove the oil reserve.

7. Garlic butter-fry the meat, put onion and fry until soft meat.

8. Spread the zucchini and 1/2 of peppers in a baking pan, sprinkle with seasoning, add salt and stir.

9. Then put the meat with onions. Pour meat broth 100-150 ml (broth - wash the pan after meat, add 1 tbsp butter). Spread on top of carrot and sweet pepper. If you do not cook the potato hat, you can sprinkle the top with butter and sprinkle with grated cheese.

10. Close the form with foil (not tight) and send in a preheated 180 C oven for 30-40 minutes until ready meat.

11. While the meat stewed in the oven, prepare the mashed potatoes. Potato flakes mixed with cream, egg, tomato paste, 1 tbsp cheese, add seasoning, salt and mix it with hot milk. The sauce turns out thick, add milk little by little.
