Millet porridge with carbonate and mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Millet

  • Vegetable oil

  • Mushrooms

  • Pork chops

    200 г

  • Tomato paste

    1 ч. л.

One Cup of millet Mistral a good wash. Send cook in boiling, salted water for 10-15 minutes.

Onion peel, cut into strips, fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Mushrooms wash and cut into sticks.

Mushrooms put in a pan with onions, add salt. Fry for 5-6 minutes.

Add shredded, carbonate or any smoked meat. Mix well. Cook 2-3 minute.

Millet ready to discard in a colander, and then put in the pan with the mushrooms and meat. Stir, add tomato paste and spices. Warm on very low heat for a few minutes. Serve with fresh vegetables!
