Gracheva porridge peasant
Fasting, but very tasty and satisfying porridge.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1 стак.

  • Chicken liver

  • Onion

  • Carrots

    1/3 шт

  • Vegetable oil

    2 ст. л.

  • Sour cream

    100 г

  • Green onions

Cooking

To measure a glass or mug of buckwheat TM Mistral. A good wash. Pour 2 cups of water, salt, bring to boil and cook on slow heat until all water is absorbed.

Onion cut into half rings, carrot grate on a coarse grater. Sauté the vegetables in vegetable oil until tender.

The liver is coarsely cut and send to the vegetables, add salt and pepper. Not long to cook on a medium heat.

When the liver is almost ready, put prepared buckwheat.

Stir, cover with a lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes. All the liquid should be absorbed into the buckwheat. Sour cream can be added at this stage or put directly into the bowl. Sprinkle with green onions.
