Description
A chicken to cook well on an open fire on the grill, but in rainy weather it is possible to cook on the grill pan, which I did. I used chicken. It turned out soft and juicy. Delicious in hot or cold. We ate cold sandwiches. You can offer this dish for lunch or dinner, well served and for the festive table, changing the garnish, rescue it, and in the case of the arrival of friends.

Cooking
Garlic and ginger peel and grate on a fine grater.
To combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, wine vinegar, ginger and garlic. Mix well.
Chicken fillet pepper, pour the marinade and leave for 15 minutes.
Preheat the grill pan, grease it with vegetable oil. Dry the fillets from the marinade and place it in the pan. Fry until done turning and lubricating marinade. Bon appetit!
