A wonderful recipe for chicken thighs in a spicy marinade of yoghurt from Oursson with purple Basil. Ideal for roasting on the coals and the pan.

Cooking
Milk for yoghurt bring to boil and cool to 36-40 degrees. Add a packet of yeast from OURSSON for yogurt, stir well. Whisk very convenient and fast. Put in a warm place for fermentation for 10 hours. I was cooking in a thermos-maker from OURSSON. Once the yogurt thickens-it's ready. Put the container in the refrigerator and when the yogurt is completely cooled, you can use.
Chicken thighs wash, dry.
For the marinade in yogurt add the peeled and chopped garlic, finely chopped Basil, along with twigs, salt, Khmeli-suneli, vegetable oil and finely chopped chili. I used dry. Mix thoroughly.
Pour the ham in the marinade, cover and put into the refrigerator to marinate for 12-36 hours.
Shake the thighs from the marinade and fry on a grill or pan until cooked. I grilled on the grill pan.
Goes well with greens and fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!
