Tefteli in the casserole
A little confusing, but delicious dish for the family=)

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 г

  • Potatoes

  • Salt

    2 ч. л.

  • Mayonnaise

    4 ст. л.

  • Mustard

    3 ч. л.

  • Chicken egg

Carrots three on a grater, onion finely chop. Fry in the pan with kurkumoy.

Potatoes cleaned, RUB on a grater. Squeeze with your hands so no water. Put in separate bowl. Zazharku of carrots and onions added to Certosa potatoes. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, spices (I added spicy) and salt. Mix thoroughly.

Spread smoothly in the pan, then put the mince meatballs. So they were well settled, sculpt with wet hands. We post our "raw pie".
