Cooking
Onion cut into semi-rings and put in a pan with vegetable oil and a teaspoon of sugar. Mix well, and slightly caramelizing bow. Carrots grate on a grater for Korean carrot and add to the onions, pour water, add salt. Stir and leave to cook vegetables under the lid.
Prunes and dried apricots cut into strips and add to cooked vegetables. Add spices, stir and simmer for another couple minutes. Dried fruit I'm not soaked with boiling water, buying always fresh and soft, the consistency of a marmalade. Add ready cooked buckwheat, mix well. Leave to stew under the lid for another couple of minutes.
The finished pudding if desired, serve with fresh greens. Very tasty and juicy obtained.
