Already doing in the weekdays instead of the usual eateries garnish the cupcakes: they are very convenient to bring to work for lunch. I want to share with you the recipe of one of these muffins with barley and tomatoes. A refreshing and unusual flavor it gives... mint!

Cooking
Barley cover with cold water, leave for 4 hours. Boil in salted water, under a lid, until tender (40-50 minutes)to cool.
Cherry cut into halves, tomatoes small slices, chop the mint.
Prepared foods to put out on vegetable oil 6-7 minutes.

To the barley add the sauce, egg, mix well.
The form for cupcakes grease with vegetable oil (or paste them in paper form). They spread barley. Preheat the oven to 180°, bake for 15-20 minutes.
