Cheesecake with bananas
A simple recipe complicated cheesecake banana pudding with tender texture. The recipe I used low-fat cottage cheese and gram flour. So you can count this as a casserole and even a light version of a pie).

  • Oat flakes

  • Water

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

    3 ст. л.

  • Cinnamon

  • Banana

    3 шт

1. Combine all the ingredients for the base and grind in a blender. Should be homogeneous enough sticky dough.

2. In the form, lubricated with oil, with wet hands spread the dough evenly to base and send in the oven for 10 minutes.

3. Whip cottage cheese with eggs, sugar and cinnamon. 4. Bananas cut into halves and put on the cake.

5. Pour cottage cheese on bananas.

6. Bake in the oven for at least 30 minutes ( check readiness of casserole with a toothpick)
