Cooking
Prepare all the ingredients.
Butter and olive oil heated in a frying pan, a Chicken breast cut into medium-sized pieces, stir fry for 5 minutes - 10. Season with salt to taste.
Meanwhile, slice the leeks and mushrooms.
Send in the pan and stir fry about 5 minutes.
Then add slices of lemon, a little bit of rosemary (which is optional) and garlic.
Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove the lemons or the peel can be bitter, and that's all you need from the lemon is left in the pan.
Pour the white dry wine, cover and simmer on low fire for 10 minutes.
