Scrambled eggs with meat and bread crumbs

Description

Please do not throw sneakers as exhibit 101 recipe eggs. This dish I came up with myself 2 years ago. If such recipes are many, the deletion will not take offense. I think the highlight of my eggs are. If anyone is interested, look at the light.

Cooking

Very finely chop the meat.

Fry until the meat is crisp. Add the breadcrumbs, to interfere vigorously for about 30 seconds. Set aside.

On a clean oiled hot pan, break the egg without damaging the egg yolk, season with salt and pepper. Fry without a lid as long as the protein does not turn white, and the yolk will remain liquid.
