Cooking
Chicken thigh cut into pieces and put in a bowl
Eggplant, carrots, zucchini wash, clean and cut into medium dice. re Bulgarian cut into strips. fold separately
Onion cut into half rings and pour to the chicken. mix well, slightly stretching the chicken with onions
Add the mayonnaise, curry, paprika, thyme, cumin, rosemary, salt and pepper and mix well. pour the vegetables and stir again.
Form cover with foil and brush with olive oil
Tomatoes cut into half rings
Place the chicken with vegetables in the form, spread on top of the tomatoes, pour olive oil and close the foil.
Put in preheated oven (180 C) for 90 minutes
You can serve it with any side dish (I had mashed potatoes), and without garnish. Bon appetit.
