It would be easier – after all, potato croquettes and balls are pieces of potato dough, deep fried. But in our case, they very easily turn into a very delicious and unusual dish. Particularly pleased with the flavor combination of the crispy Golden brown with oatmeal on the outside and delicate potato puree inside with the resulting green oil and cheese
