Cooking
As for the side dish I offer to cook chenault, and the sauce quick cooking, first put to cook it. I use Golden millet in cooking bags of TM Mistral. A simple and convenient way.
Chop the onion, celery and Chile.
Saute the vegetables until soft. First onion with Chile, then add the celery.
Stir in the chopped garlic and Basil.
Add canned diced tomatoes and beans (liquid from beans drain). Bring to a boil.
Add the wine and Bay leaf
Bring to boil and reduce heat, simmer for 10 minutes until it thickens. Salt.
Millet is ready. Open the taste (if you use this method of cooking millet), pour the millet into a bowl, vzryhlite with a fork. That's all. You can serve the dish.
