Cooking
Cut the meat into thin sheets (about 1 cm thick).
Well repel, salt, add your favorite seasoning and mayonnaise "Maheev" (2 tbsp)
Molds grease with vegetable oil and "put" the meat on them, forming baskets. Put into the oven for about 40 minutes at 175 degrees.
While the meat is baked, prepare the onion rings. To do this, cut the onion rings. Then make a batter of 1 egg, 2 tbsp of mayonnaise "Maheev" and 2 tbsp flour.
Each ring dip in batter (it is quite thick and does not flow), and then coat in the bran.
Rings fry in vegetable oil on both sides until Golden brown.
Next, prepare the filling for the baskets. Grate the carrots on a grater, add the garlic clove, 1 tbsp of mayonnaise "Maheev" and mix well.
From boiled potatoes to mash, adding 1 egg. By this time the baskets are ready. Remove them from the molds and fill. On the bottom put the carrots, garlic and mayonnaise, and using a pastry syringe put the puree back in the oven for 10-15 minutes. The baskets are ready.
